不免俗地幫大家科普一下

醬油Soy sauce‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧ 1大匙(tablespoons)

香油sesame oil‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧ 1小匙(tsp)

花椒油Pepper oil ‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧ 1/2小匙(tsp)

 

步驟Step:

  1. 高麗菜洗淨瀝乾水分後切絲,蒜頭、辣椒切末備用
  2. 加入鹽拌勻醃漬約10分鐘左右,將多餘的澀水分去除(不需沖洗)
  3. 取以個小碗,將蒜末、辣椒末、醬油、糖、白醋混合
  4. 將混合好的醬料拌入高麗菜絲,放入冰箱冷藏入味10分鐘
  5. 要吃之前,拌入香油及花椒油提香
  1. Wash the cabbage and shred it. Garlic and chili minced.
  2. Add salt and mix and marinate for about 10 minutes to remove excess water (no need to rinse)
  3. Take a small bowl and mix the garlic, chili, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar.
  4. Mix the sauce into the cabbage and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  5. Before you eat, mix with sesame oil and pepper oil
  • 辣椒、蒜頭的量可以自己斟酌
  • 可以放入紅蘿蔔絲、小黃瓜絲等
  • 花椒油不一定要加
  • The amount of chili and garlic can be considered by yourself.
  • Can be put into carrot, cucumber, etc.
  • Pepper oil does not have to be added.
