花椒油Pepper oil ‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧‧ 1/2小匙(tsp)
步驟Step:
- 高麗菜洗淨瀝乾水分後切絲,蒜頭、辣椒切末備用
- 加入鹽拌勻醃漬約10分鐘左右,將多餘的澀水分去除(不需沖洗)
- 取以個小碗,將蒜末、辣椒末、醬油、糖、白醋混合
- 將混合好的醬料拌入高麗菜絲,放入冰箱冷藏入味10分鐘
- 要吃之前,拌入香油及花椒油提香
- Wash the cabbage and shred it. Garlic and chili minced.
- Add salt and mix and marinate for about 10 minutes to remove excess water (no need to rinse)
- Take a small bowl and mix the garlic, chili, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar.
- Mix the sauce into the cabbage and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Before you eat, mix with sesame oil and pepper oil
- 辣椒、蒜頭的量可以自己斟酌
- 可以放入紅蘿蔔絲、小黃瓜絲等
- 花椒油不一定要加
- The amount of chili and garlic can be considered by yourself.
- Can be put into carrot, cucumber, etc.
- Pepper oil does not have to be added.
